The waiting list

This is the only thing TAKESIT keeps on a server, and it is one email address per person. Nothing else travels with it: no name, no IP address, no user agent, no advertising identifier, and no record of which advert you arrived from. A brand may add its own name, and only a brand.

Why we have it
To send you one message when the first match is set. Not a newsletter, and never a message about anything else.
On what basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box, recorded with the version of the words you were shown. That version is 1.3 today. Only somebody aged 14 or older can give it: that is the age Italian law sets for consenting alone to an online service. If a younger person has left an address, a parent can write to us and it is deleted.
Where it is
A database in the European Union, in region eu-central-1. The code refuses to connect to one hosted anywhere else.
How long
Until the first match is set and the one message has been sent, then deleted within three months. Sooner on request, at any time, with no reason needed.

To be taken off it, write to the privacy contact above and say so. The row is deleted rather than marked, so there is nothing left behind that says you were ever on it.

If we approached your brand

To find the first brands, we keep a working list of companies that might want a surface in the stadium. Nothing is bought, nothing is scraped from a data broker, and no private person is on it.

What we keep
The company, its website, the country, the address or form it publishes for partnership enquiries with the page it appears on, one public fact about the brand with its source, and the date and outcome of our approach. No names of people, and no address that belongs to a person.
On what basis
Our legitimate interest in offering advertising space to companies that publish a channel for exactly this, art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We write through the channel the brand itself publishes for proposals.
How long
Twelve months from the approach if nothing comes of it, then deleted. A brand that asks us to stop stays on a do-not-contact list, which is one line, so that the answer is not lost and we do not write again.
How to stop it
Reply with a no, or write to the privacy contact above. We record it the same day and do not approach that brand again.

What is kept in your browser

Our keys live in local storage on your own device. None of them reaches us, none is an advertising identifier, and none is shared with anybody. Separately, the consent tool sets its own cookies, listed below ours; and like any website, the hosting platform keeps technical request logs containing an IP address and a user agent. How long it keeps them is a question we have put to the provider and have not yet answered, so nothing here claims a period.

Set by the consent tool

Nothing is in your browser right now. We checked: a plain visit to this site leaves no cookies and no local storage at all. The three below are written only if you open the preferences panel and make a choice, by the consent tool, which is Iubenda s.r.l., in Italy. It is a processor for us like the host is, listed on Processors. Their own cookie notice carries the durations. The two keys of ours above are named here rather than in that notice, which is generated from a fixed template we cannot add them to; this page is the full and current list either way.

Clearing your browser storage removes every one of them. The consequence is that the stadium stops recognising you: a vote you cast will be offered again, and the seats held for you become somebody else’s.

Those logs leave the EU

Our host is Vercel Inc., in the United States. The transfer rests on the European Commission’s adequacy decision of 10 July 2023 for the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework: Vercel is an active participant on the public register, which we checked on 3 September 2026 and will check again before its renewal falls due in April 2027. Who does what, and with which data, is on Processors.
