Brand mark terms
Version 1.0 · 2026-08-29
You are about to put your mark on a surface a hundred thousand people can see. These are the terms you accept by ticking the box, in the order they matter.
01What you upload
Your brand name as it should appear, one image of your mark, and the colour that block takes in the stadium. Nothing else is required and nothing else is used.
02PNG only
The mark must be a PNG with a transparent background, at least 2,048 pixels on its longest side and no larger than 8,192 pixels or 5 MB. We accept no other format, including SVG.
The reason is worth stating plainly: an SVG is a program, not a picture, and displaying one somebody else wrote means running their code in the browser of everyone who visits. A PNG cannot do that. On receipt we decode your file and write it out again, which removes any metadata it carried, camera details and location among them.
03What you promise
That the mark is yours, or that you are authorised by its owner to license it, and that showing it on TAKESIT infringes nobody’s rights. We take that at your word. It is the whole reason this page can replace a signed authorisation from each brand.
04What you grant us
Permission to display your mark on the surface you bought, for as long as you bought it, and to keep it in the record of the matches it took part in. We may rescale it and re-encode it, because a stand is not the shape of a file. We do nothing else with it.
We do not redraw it, do not sell or sub-license it, do not put it on anything you did not buy, and never present you as endorsing TAKESIT.
05If the file will not do
A mark that is unreadable at stadium scale gets your monogram instead, drawn from your name, and an email saying so. We would rather tell you than let it sit there illegible.
06Review, and refusal
Every mark is looked at before it appears. We can refuse one, or take one down, without giving reasons. If we take down a mark you were entitled to show, you get back the unexpired part of what you paid.
07Taking it back
Write to us and the mark comes off every live surface within five working days. What has already left cannot be recalled: the record of past matches keeps it, and so does every screenshot anyone took while it was up.
08If somebody else claims it
A third party who says the mark is theirs will come to us, and we will send them to you. What their claim costs us, you cover.
09What we record
The version of this page you accepted, the moment you accepted it, and the address you accepted it from. Kept for as long as your account is open and for five years after, because that is how long a claim about a mark can arrive.
10When this page changes
A substantive change gets a new version number, and you tick again before your next purchase. Your existing surfaces keep running on the version you accepted.
Offered by Gianmaria Palumbo, VAT (P.IVA) 11703831005, Via Flaminia 732i, 00191 Roma, Italy, info@takesit.fun. That is the party you grant the licence in clause 4 to, and the one clause 8 asks you to cover.
This is not the privacy notice. It covers your mark, not the personal data of the person registering the account, which is a separate document.
TAKESIT is running as a demonstration. Every brand currently in the stadium is invented and no real mark has been uploaded.
